Beverly J. Yanock, 70, of Brewerton, passed away peacefully at home on Monday. She was a member of the South Bay Fire Dept. Ladies Aux., American Legion Ladies Aux. and Life member of the South Shore Assoc. of Oneida Lake. She is predeceased by her grandson, Brandyn George Yanock; brothers, John and Roy Jr.; sisters, Janet, Rosemary and Joan.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, George Yanock; son, Mark (Michele) Yanock; two daughters, Annamarie (Timothy) LaFrance, Beth (David) Rankin; three brothers, James, Robert and Richard Young; six sisters, Jean Cook, Barbara Johnson, Pat Belair, Shirley Bird, Marilyn Trask and Ruth Whorrall; nine grandchildren, Melissa, Jennifer, Sara, Chelsey, Nicole, Christina, Shane, Shawn, Timothy; and a great granddaughter, Niomi.
Services will be Friday, 10AM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Burial will be in the Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay. Friends can visit with her family on Thursday from 4-7PM at the funeral home.
Contributions in lieu of flowers can be made to the South Bay Fire Dept.
