Beverly J. Moreth, 83, of Mattydale, passed away peacefully September 24, 2015.
She was born on August 26, 1932, in Syracuse, to John and Ambrosia Wilkinson.
Beverly was a member of The Hinsdale Women's Auxiliary & coached Mattydale girl's softball for several years. She was a member of the St. Margaret's Altar Rosary society.
She was preceded in death by her Father, John Wilkinson; Mother, Ambrosia Wilkinson; Brothers, John, Charles & William Wilkinson; brothers-in-law, Robert & Norman Moreth; Sisters, Eudora & Barbara Doughty, Lois Choroser, & Sharon Sullivan.
Beverly is survived by her loving Husband of 57 years, Richard, her Daughter, Virginia (Jeffrey) Johnson; Sons, William (Lori) & Donald (Janet) Moreth; Brother, Robert Wilkinson; Sisters, Marilyn (Harry) Dunbar, Georgia Larner; sisters-in-law, Marilyn Quartier & Dolores Deloff; Four Grandchildren, India, Shawn, Joseph & Daniel Moreth. Also, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Sunday from 2 to 5PM at New Comer Funeral Home on 705 N. Main St., in North Syracuse.
Funeral services will be held on Monday at 10AM, St. Margaret's Church, in Mattydale with Father Hyde officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
