Beverly J. Forman, 83, of Syracuse, passed away on Tuesday, January 10th. She was born in Auburn, NY to the late Lelan and John Forman. Beverly retired from Syracuse Litho after over 20 years of service. She adored her puppies.
Beverly was predeceased by her siblings, Shirley and John Forman.
She is survived by her daughter, Claudia Forman.
A graveside service will be held in the Spring in Elbridge Rural Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the ASPCA of CNY or the Alzheimer's Association.
