Bernice E. Kolb Kurth Seelman

Bernice E. Kolb Kurth Seelman of Cicero, passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospital on Monday with family by her side. She was born in East Syracuse and graduated from East Syracuse H.S. Bernice was a member of the E. Syracuse Fire Dept. Aux and the American Legion in E. Syracuse. She was also a member of the South Bay Aux and the Cicero Senior Center. She volunteered for St. Joseph's and Crouse-Irving Hospitals along with volunteering for the blood drives. Bernice was an avid bingo player, loved to crocheting and knit and share her work with other people.
She was predeceased by her parents, Mary & John, brother Robert Kolb, her first husband, Fred Kurth and second husband Eugene Seelman.
Surviving are sons: Robert (Diane) Kurth, John Kurth, daughter, Tari (Dick) Graber, step son, Ken (Ann) Seelman, 2 sisters: Judy (Dave) Verrette and June Laws,
9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 11-1pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse, with services to follow.
Burial will take place at Collamer Cemetery.
