Bernard James McLaughlin, affectionately known as Mack to his family and friends, passed away on April 16, 2023. He was born on August 1, 1944, in Syracuse, New York, to Kathryn Sanders and raised by his stepfather, Jack David. He was 78 years old.
Mack is survived by his beloved wife, Gisela; his son, Bernard James McLaughlin Jr.; his daughter, Elaine McLaughlin and his sister, Sheila Angeli.
He was a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend who cherished his pugs and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. For forty years, Mack owned and operated MD Hardwood Floors, where he offered the community his highly skilled craftsmanship.
Although we say goodbye with sadness, Mack's memory will live on within us, bringing us joy and comfort.
