Benedict M. Cassara, 82, formerly of New York City, passed away on October 5th. He was the best husband, father and grandfather that anyone could ask for. Benedict will be remembered for his kindness and his big heart.
Benedict is survived by his wife of 35 years, Katherine; children, Joseph (Ashley Miller) Cassara, Marianna Cassara, Rosalie Liotta, Benny Cassara, Jr., Erica Santiago, Paul Russo; grandchildren, Alexis, Victoria, Anthony, Brianna, Jessica, Jasmine, Jeannette, Preston; sisters, Fran (Fred) and Rose and many other extended family members.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, October 14th 5-7 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals with a service to follow at 7 PM.
