Barbara J. Sullivan, 86, of Syracuse, passed away on Monday, October 25, 2021, at Upstate Hospital.
Barbara was born in Marcellus on July 27, 1935, daughter of the late Harold and Blanche Coates.
Barbara worked in retail in the Syracuse area for many years.
Barbara was predeceased by her husband, John.
She is survived by her children, Barbara J. (Tim) Shepardson, John L. Sullivan, Jr., and Brenda J. (Paul) Maroney; 3 grandchildren, Brandan (Shawna), Aaron (Yolanda), and George; 3 great-grandchildren, Jacob, Amara, and Yasmin; siblings, Jeanette (Jim) Randall, Mary Wojcik, Jake Coates, and Sue (Ed) Lichorobiec; along with many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 2nd, from 10-12pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, with services at 12 noon.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Golisano Children's Hospital.
