Barbara Joan Ryan, 90, of North Syracuse, passed away Tuesday at Iroquois Nursing Home. She was born in Glouchester, England and came to America in 1945. She is predeceased by her husband, Emmet J. Ryan, in 1978.
She is survived by her three sons, Phillip (Patricia) Ryan, David E. (Betsy) Ryan and Neil S. (Marylou) Ryan; three grandchildren, Tom, Robert and Shawn; five great grandchildren; Hilary, Hannah, Nicole, Sarah and Julia Joy.
Services will be Thursday, 5PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Burial will be Private. Calling hours will be Thursday from 3-5PM at the funeral home, before services.
Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the American Cancer Society.
