Barbara J. Burke, 79, of Syracuse, NY, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2017.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Burke.
Surviving family includes, Daughters, Jean (John) Matyjasik, Karen (Robert) Matott; Sons, Charlie Burke, Tommy Burke and Sean (Shannon) Burke; Grandson, Johnny (Megan) Matyjasik, Granddaughters, Jill (Billy) Sweeney, Molly Matott and Chloe Burke; great granddaughter, Olivia Matyjasik; Sister, Anne Bradshaw; Brothers, Dick (Carol) Benedict and Billy Benedict and several nieces and nephews.
She is also predeceased by brother, Joseph Benedict.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, Sunday, June 4, 2017 at New Comer Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Funeral services will be held at a later date.
