Barbara J. Ashline, 89 of North Syracuse, NY, passed away peacefully on November 23rd, 2022. Born in the Town of Augusta, NY on June 15th, 1933 to the late C. Warner and Margaret Hilts.
She worked as a phone operator after graduating from high school. She also worked as a salesperson for Moore House Sales Co. Barbara then returned to being a travel agent for several years at GE. She last worked at Indium Corporation for over 40 years. Barbara loved baking pumpkin pies, while using that same recipe for 7 generations.
She also loved playing games with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Marcia Ashline; grandchildren, Andrew, Sandra and Shirley; great-granchildren, Alexis, Andrew, Emma, Autumn and Christopher; sister, Shirley Hilts-Adams and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
