Barbara A. MacDonald, 71, passed away on Thursday. She retired from Crouse Irving Hospital after many years as an LPN.
She is survived by a son, James; a daughter, Melanie; 2 granddaughters, Kayla and Jada.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday at 6 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St. N. Syracuse.
