Arthur J. Saulpaugh, 75, of Cicero, passed away Saturday at home. He was the son of Arthur and Margaret Saulpaugh. He retired from the Air Force after 23 years of service and retired from PCI Inc after 20 years of service. He was a member of the American Legion, VFW, The Blinded Veterans Assoc, Retired Enlisted Assoc, South ShoreAssoc of Oneida Lake and the Millerton New York Gun Club.
He was predeceased by his brothers, Francis and Richard and nephew, Randy.
Arthur is survived by his sister, Rosemary Jenks; and nephew, Matthew Jenks of Millerton, NY.
Military Services will be Wednesday 4 p.m. at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St, N. Syracuse. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Blinded Veterans Association.
