Arthur J Blainey, Jr.

Arthur J. "Jim" Blainey, 86, of Fulton, passed away March 30, 2020.
Arthur was born in Syracuse, on October 27, 1933 to the late Arthur "Art" and Elizabeth Blainey. He was a man of a small family, but a friend to many. He was predeceased by a daughter, Linda Blainey Davis Carberry; brothers, Bill and Herb Blainey.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Shirley Blainey, two sons, Jeff (Denise) Blainey, and James Blainey; granddaughters, Sherry, Kayla, Kelsey, and Keri; and his great-granddaughters, Abby, Amy, and Lainey.
A celebration of life will be determined at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Oswego County.
