Armondo N. Mazzone
November 24, 1930 — August 11, 2017
Armondo "Monte" N. Mazzone, 86 of Liverpool, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.
He proudly served in the US Army during the Korean War and was a dental technician and teacher for NYS Department of Corrections. "Monte" loved to cook and was an avid Yankee fan.
Survivors include his children, Linda (Paul) Coppola, Alexander (Lisa) Mazzone, Marsha (Jack) Lamanna, Peggy (Jack) Francher , Billy (Sue) Sandner and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Also surviving is his cat, Maxine.
Predeceased by his wife, Margaret.
Calling hours will take place at New Comer Funeral Home on Tuesday 4-7PM.
Funeral Mass Wednesday 9:30AM at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church in Solvay, NY.
Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners, NY.
