Antonia M. "Toni" Orton, 73, of Cicero, passed away on Thursday at St. Joseph's Hospital with her family by her side. She was born in Syracuse, daughter of John and Anna Pawelek. Toni enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles and most of all loved her children. She was a wiz on the cell phone. She will be greatly missed by her loved ones. She was predeceased by her husband, Harry, her daughter, Christine, her son, Michael, a sister, Jennie Breckenridge, and 2 brothers, Stanley & John.
Surviving are her 2 sons: Robert , Thomas (Maryanne), a daughter, Mary (Ronald), granddaughter, Nicole Loucks, 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, along with 3 sisters, Stella, Josie & Lottie.
Calling hours will be held on Monday from 4-6pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
