Tony Maresca, 86, of North Syracuse, passed away on Monday at Francis House, after a long illness.
He was born on February 15, 1929 son of the late Frank and Hattie Maresca. He served in the US Marine Corps and retired from New York Telephone. Tony enjoyed history. He was an avid reader, fisherman and artist.
Surviving are his beloved wife of 36 years, Carol, 2 daughters; Alison (Richard) Pope, Patrice (Otto) Sehne, 3 grandchildren; Kristen, Justin &Lara, 3 great grandchildren; Kaiya, Rhea & Johnny, nieces, nephews, along with Gunny & Sam Maresca.
Calling hours will be held on Friday from 4-7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse, with services to follow.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Francis House.
