Anne M. D'Amico Seltzer, 75, of Syracuse, passed away after a long illness. She retired from St. Joseph's Hospital after many years.
She is survived by her three children, Michelle Allard, Matthew Seltzer and Melissa (Jake Hughes) Seltzer; one grandson, Jacob Hughes.
