Anne (Gosch) Rood, made her journey to Heaven on Wednesday, May 25th, 2022 while surrounded by loved ones.
Anne was born on August 16, 1938. The daughter of Joseph and Mary Reagan Gosch, Anne grew up in the Syracuse area. She married Theodore Rood in 1957, and the two later moved to build a beautiful life together in Pulaski, NY.
Anne worked alongside her husband in Pulaski where the couple owned and operated Imaginitive T-Shirt Printing. She was a strong woman who would remove a stain from your clothes, feed you a homemade slice of bread and send you on your way feeling better for it.
Known for her strength as the matriarch of her family, Anne is survived by her husband of 65 years, Theodore Rood, her children Cynthia Barnard, David Rood, Dennis (Pam) Rood, Tim (Ann) Rood, and Jodi (Rod) McNitt. Anne's memory lives on through her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial service will take place on Thursday, June 2nd at 3:30 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St. Syracuse, NY 13212.
