Anne Theresa Connelly passed away peacefully on May 11, 2020, at The Cunningham Nursing Home, in Syracuse, New York.
Anne was born on New Year's Eve in 1935 in Syracuse, New York, to Dorothy Connelly and Patrick W. Connelly. Anne married Alexandros Pavlides, and the couple had two children, Stephanie Anne and Christopher Alexandros Pavlides. Most of Anne's career was spent managing and training Wegmans staff at various locations across central New York.
Anne is survived by her brother, Robert Connelly (Oswego, NY), her children, Stephanie Amann (El Dorado Hills, CA) and Christopher Pavlides (Camillus, NY); her grand children, Christopher, Caitlin, Alex, Nicholas and Sydney, and several great grand children.
One of Anne's favorite pastimes was Syracuse Orange basketball. She never missed a game! She was even court side for a few. Anne was also an avid animal lover, owning three horses and many kitties and doggies over the years. She loved camping and just being outside. One of her favorite places was her home in the country, in Palermo, New York.
At Anne's request, no services will be held. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Humane Association of Central New York.
