Anna Mae Hare, 82, of Kirkville, passed away on Tuesday March 29, 2022 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
Anna was born in Hastings, NY on November 5, 1939, the daughter of the late Elbert and Pansy Johnson.
Anna retired from Loomis Armored Car in East Syracuse.
She was predeceased by her husband, John Hare in 2019.
Anne was past president of the Bridgeport VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She always enjoyed spending time with her family during the holidays. She especially cherished her time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by children, Elbert (Colleen) Hare, Raymond (Elizabeth) Hare, Brian (Alice) Hare, and Theresa Hare (Randy Sterling);19 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren; sister, Berdella Scheemaker; along with many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday April 5th from 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St. N. Syracuse, with services at 7pm.
