Anna C. Meyer, 80, of Minoa, passed away Monday at Sunnyside Care Center.
Anna graduated from Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam with a Masters degree in Music Education.
Anna was a piano teacher for many years.
Prior to teaching piano, Anna taught in the Oneida, Cobleskill and Suffern School Districts.
She also worked for Travelers Insurance Co. in Manhattan and Garden City, L.I.
She enjoyed gardening, concerts, and cruise travels.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, George J. Meyer; son, William G. (Debra) Meyer; her brother, Charles Faulkner, Jr.; and her sister, Joan Day.
Visitation will be 4-7pm on Friday at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse. A funeral service will follow at 7pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of donor's choice.
