Ann Epolito, 85 joined her Lord and Savior after a 3 year battle with bone cancer. She was a life long resident of Syracuse. Her life's work was homemaker, loving mother and grandmother. Many enjoyed her Sunday macaroni dinners. Survived by: Brother, Peter DiFulio - Children: Marianne Barry, Rocco T. Epolito, Deborah Ruffo (John), Darlene Detor (Louis) - Grandchildren: Susanne Barry Buccina (Mark), Christopher Barry Arredondo, Lucas, Taedra and Alyse Detor - Great grandchildren: Carli and Markie Buccina - Step grandchildren: Tony (Katherine), and Guy (Stephanie) Ruffo - Step great grandchildren: Sofia, Sammy, Madison and Alexander Ruffo. Many nieces and nephews.
Services will be on Thursday, July 12th, 6PM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St. N. Syr. Calling hours will be from 4 - 6 pm, Thursday, before services. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the University Hosp. Oncology Unit, 750 E. Adams St. Syr.13210. Many thanks to those who cared for our mother.
