Ann Calcagnino

Ann M. Calcagnino, 101, of East Syracuse, passed away on March 26, 2025.

Ann was born on February 1, 1924, in Syracuse, New York, to Mario and Grace Calcagnino.

Ann co-owned DU-RITE Upholstery with her sister Mary from 1958 to 2000.

In her free time, Ann enjoyed traveling to Las Vegas, Europe, and Florida. She also loved scary movies, playing cards, and dining with friends and family.

Ann was very hard-working, and you always knew where you stood with her.

Ann was the last surviving sibling of eight children.

She is survived by her many nieces, nephews, great-nephews, great-nieces, and great-great-nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may call on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, from 5pm - 7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St, Syracuse, NY. Burial will take place on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at 10 am at North Syracuse Cemetery, 555 S. Bay Rd, North Syracuse, NY.
