Ann Bovee, 94, died peacefully in her home in her favorite chair and is reunited with her beloved husband, Fred after 37 years, on Wednesday, November 27th.
Ann lived an extremely vibrant and full life of adventure, friendships, travel and shopping. She was happiest when she was on the go and she was always ready at a moments notice if a friend or family member called and asked her to do something. She loved visiting the Jersey shores and reminiscing about her days spent on the boardwalk eating salt water taffy.
She had a love for games and passed this love down to her entire family. She never turned down an opportunity to play her favorite game, Skip-Bo.
She lived simply but loved her life and was happiest when being waited on and catered to or served a sweet treat.
She is survived by three children, Ann, Wayne (Roxanne) and Laura (Craig) and her five grandchildren, Ryan, Jason, Michelle (Bill), Jon (Amy) and Thomas and a brother, Bruce (Lillie) Kressler. She loved each of them uniquely and each cherish their own beautiful memories, laughs and traditions with her.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, December 1st 4-6pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, N. Syracuse. A funeral service will be held Monday, December 2nd 10am at the funeral home with burial to follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
