Anita B. Kennedy

Anita B. Kennedy, 72 of Syracuse, NY, passed away peacefully on May 18th, 2022. Born in Syracuse, NY on August 27th, 1949 to the late James and Vivian Arrington.
Throughout her life she worked at General Electric and later at Upstate Hospital. She was a devoted mother and wife. She was also a caregiver for her aging parents. She was co-owner of Balloons N' Bears daycare. She was an art student at OCC and enjoyed painting and drawing. Her hobbies over the years included, knitting and sewing. She was an avid reader and researcher.
She was a member of the East Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. She enjoyed conducting and assisting with Bible Studies. She also enjoyed attending Assemblies and Conventions.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Benjamin; daughter, Lisa Kennedy; grandchildren, Diamonne and Dionn Harris; siblings, Bruce Arrington and Cheryl Tillman and several nieces, nephews, cousins and a special friend of many years, Kathleen Osgood.
There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, May 28th, 2022 at 2pm on Zoom.
