Angelo J. Cantonetti, 81, of East Syracuse, passed away at St. Joseph's Hospital. He was born on June 20, 1933 in Solvay, son of the late Angelo and Enrica Cantonetti. Angelo was a long time member of Local #195 Roofers Union in Cicero.
Surviving are his wife Julie of 24 years, 4 daughters; Sandra Johnston, Diane Ring, Sharon Granholm & Michelle Cook, step-children; Gerald Szlamczynski, Mark Szlamczynski, Cara Fritcher & Sharon Vigliotti, several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday 1pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse. There are no calling hours.
