Angelo Coppola, 42, of Camillus, passed away on Thursday after a short illness with family by his side.
Angelo was born in Syracuse, to Angelo and Sheryl (Lang) Coppola. He was a well-known Chef at various restaurants in the Syracuse area, most recently employed at Notch 8 in Jamesville, NY. He was an avid bowler accomplishing a 300 game, and also enjoyed SU basketball.
Angelo is survived by his loving wife of eleven years, Holly (Cresco); two daughters, Mia Elizabeth and Gianna Elissa; parents, Angelo and Sheryl (Lang) Coppola; sister, Denise (John) DeLore; niece, Cassandra; nephew, Alex and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, May 18th 4-7PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, NY 13212.
A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, May 19th 10AM at Holy Family Church, 127 Chapel Dr., Syracuse, NY 13219.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Aurora of Central New York, Inc., 518 James St. Syracuse, NY 13203.
