Ana L. Rivera

Ana Rivera of Syracuse, NY, passed away peacefully on December 24th 2018. She was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Our mom was a very giving, loving and caring person! She would help anyone in need.
She loved music, dancing and singing. She was a homemaker who raised her niece and nephews, while also raising twelve kids of her own.
She enjoyed going for walks, working around the house, cooking (while singing), and spending time with family and friends.
Ana was predeceased by her husband, Victor Rivera; sons, Angel Perez, Rafael (Papo) Rivera and Victor (Kiki) Rivera; and her daughter, Manuela Rivera.
She is survived by her Daughters, Ramona Rivera, Ines (Ita) Rivera, Bea (Bob) Devereaux, Anna (Andrea) Jimenez, and Virginia Rivera; Sons, Benny (Roxanne) Acosta, Jorge (Pito) Rivera (Sharon), and Felipe Rivera. Ana also leaves behind many grandchildren, great grandchildren & great-great grandchildren.
We love you Mom, we will miss you, and you will be in our hearts forever!
Calling hours will be held on Saturday, December 29th from 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, with a service at 7pm at the funeral home
