Amelia C. Donvito, 92, of Syracuse passed away Friday. Born in Albany, NY she was a resident of the Syracuse area for most of her life. Amelia, along with her husband Joseph, founded Donvito & Kukys Accounting Firm which she owned for many years. She is predeceased by her husband Joseph (1974) and a grandson Mark Joseph (1996).
She is survived by her daughter, Jo-Ann Ridgeway, a son, Joseph R. Donvito, four grandchildren, Michelle Ridgeway, Ronald Steven Donvito, Tamara Gorczyca, Christin Kless and 7 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held on Wednesday at 9 AM in St. Daniels Church, Lyncourt. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Tuesday from 4-8 PM at the New Comer Family Funeral Home, 705 North Main Street, North Syracuse.
Contributions may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
