Alta Chiappone

Alta was born in Covington, IL to Clair and Theodore Reinhardt.

She met and married Dr Frank Chiappone in St. Louis, MO. They moved to Syracuse, NY.

Alta had 4 children, Frank, Linda (Fullan), Don and Alan. 

She was predeceased by her husband, Dr. Frank Chiappone; and son, Alan.  

She loved, and was loved by, many grand and great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by long-time companion, Joseph Galtieri.

She graduated from Onondaga Community College and worked at Chappell’s as the Infant and Children’s Dept supervisor for many years.  Later, she worked at Bonton.

Donations may be made to All Saints Church on Lancaster Ave in Syracuse.

There will be no services.
