Allen Edward Russell, 75, of Syracuse, passed away on December 15, 2020. Allen was born in Mount Pleasant, NY to the late Vermetta (Woodward) and Edward L. Russell. He served in the U.S. Navy . Allen enjoyed throwing horse shoes and playing billiards.
Allen is survived by many friends.
A chapel service will be held on Thursday, December 31st at 1pm in the Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
