Alice M. Wolfenden, 81, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully on Saturday surrounded by her family. Alice retired after 24 years as an LPN at University Hospital. She was a foster grandparent through P.E.A.C.E., Inc. for over 15 years. Alice was an active member at Buckley Road Baptist Church for 38 years. She was a participant in the PACE program for many years.
Alice was predeceased by her sister, Beverley Willis of Denver, CO and her parents, Clifford and Ida Given.
Alice is survived by five children, Mark Hart, Raymon Piper, Martha (Michael) Rock, Andrea Bulger and Brandon (Michelle) Wolfenden; fourteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Tuesday 4-6PM at Buckley Road Baptist Church, 4962 Buckley Rd., Liverpool, NY 13088 with a service to follow at 6PM. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Alice's name to the foster grandparent program at P.E.A.C.E, Inc.
