Albert W. Mather, Jr., 88, of N. Syracuse, passed away on Saturday.
He served during WW II in the US Navy as part of the Underwater Demolition Team "Navy Frogmen" Unit.
He was predeceased by his loving wife, Helen Marie in 2014.
Surviving are his sons; Michael (Janet) and Dann Mather, grandchildren; Dann, Jr., Marc, Bryan & Kaitlyn, and great grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 5-6:30pm at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse. All other services will be private.
