Here are two things we believe:
1.Having conversations with our customers – past, present, and future – makes us better at what we do.
2.Informed customers are happy, empowered customers.
With those beliefs in mind, we’ve launched Ask a Funeral Director, our brand new blog. We’re excited that you’ve stopped by!
We’ll post original articles that we think you’ll find useful. Sometimes we’ll discuss happenings in the funeral industry or within our company. Other times, we’ll share information about how to live a happier, healthier life. Regardless of the topic, we’ll be writing with you – our customers – in mind.
After reading this post, we invite you to take a look around. You can access our blog posts from the main blog page. There, you’ll also see a list of popular posts: the posts our audience has found most valuable so far. Check out the archive section for a list of recent and older articles. You’ll probably find that even posts from quite a while ago are applicable and helpful today.
Sharing information with you is only half of our job, though. The other half is listening. Your thoughts, opinions, and ideas are extremely valuable to us. After we publish each article, we’ll post a link on our Facebook page. Visit us there to take part in a conversation about our weekly topic. We’d also really appreciate any feedback you have for us about the topics we’ve selected or our blog format in general.
Thanks again for stopping by, and we look forward to many fruitful discussions in the future!
