Carol Schroeder, 75, of Cicero, passed away December 24, 2023. Carol was born in Buffalo, New York on October 24, 1948 to the late John and Dorothy Diegelman.
She enjoyed going to the beach, working out, swimming, and playing cards. She was an avid walker, always counting her steps. She loved cooking, baking, and shopping. Carol had a strong faith in God. Most importantly she loved spending time with her four sisters, their family's, her children, and grandchildren. Carol was predeceased by her husband, Thomas A. Schroeder; and daughter, Kimberly Schroeder-Lester.
She is survived by her daughter, Deborah (Todd Santoro) Flood; grandchildren, Larisa Lester, Dylan Flood, Devan Flood; step-grandchildren, Anthony "AJ" Maiorano, Alisha and Anthony Santoro; great-granddaughter, Ariana Rogers; sisters, Jean (Charles) Myles, Sandy Whipperman, Chris (Bruce) Curcio, Joanne (Francis) Conboy; son-in-law, Scott Lester; and several nieces, and nephews.
Services will take place at a later date.
