Robert E. Casey, 77, of Mattydale, passed away on December 23, 2022. He was born in Syracuse, NY, to the late Ruth and Robert J. Casey. Robert was a talented wood-worker and was well known to the wood-working community.
He is survived by his three daughters, Kelly (John) Laughlin, Shannon Schoenherr and Megan (Christopher) Layton; several grandchildren and one great-grandchild; siblings, Mary Ann Brodt and Michael (Karen) Casey; niece, Courtney (Matt) Bernier; nephew, Christopher (Jaime) Brodt and many relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 3rd 12-1 pm at St. Margaret's Church in Mattydale with a funeral mass to follow at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, give to your favorite charity and live by the motto of his life "Don't worry, be happy".
