Monica Lea Kot, 74 of Cicero passed away Friday, October 28th. Monica was born September 11, 1948 in Syracuse NY to Stanley Dewitt Forman and Avis Lucille (Smith) Forman. She was a past member of South Shore Rod & Gun Club and past president of the Auxiliary. She was also a past president of the African Violet Society and the Central New York Orchid Society. Monica's passions were her husband, her family and friends, dancing, knitting, flowers, gardening and caring for animals.
Monica was predeceased by her sisters, Mellony (Scott) Wheiland and Melissa Forman; brothers-in-law, Edmond Roy Wheiland and Ronnie Cook; sister-in-law, Wendy Forman; granddaughter, Tiffany Kot and the love of her life, her husband, William P Kot Jr.; and is survived by her children, Aleda (Pedro) Cajiga, William (Christine) Kot; grandchildren, Adriana Cajiga, Hunter Kot, Kiera Kot, Kaley and Ryan; brothers, Mike Forman, Tim (Pat) Forman, Todd Forman and Martin (Kim) Forman; and sisters, Tina (Adam) Wilkirson and Teri Cook (John Simmons); many wonderful nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling Hours will be held on Wednesday, November 2nd 10am-12pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals with a memorial service to follow. Burial will follow in North Syracuse Cemetery.
